Instrumental Music

The Fairfield Christian Academy Band Program provides an opportunity for the student to participate in a fine arts program with an emphasis on performance. Students will focus on understanding the care of a chosen instrument, knowledge of the musical language, and skill in reading and performing music.

The band's director is Kaylan Featheroff.

Band Performances for 2026-2027

• September 12th, 2026: evening Fairfield Union Festival of Bands (marching band only)
• October 15th, 2026: morning Fairfield County Fair Parade of Bands (Fair show) (marching band only)
• October 17th, 2026: evening Logan Band Festival (marching band only)
• October 22nd, 2026: 3:30 pm Circleville Pumpkin Show parade (marching band only)
• December 10th, 2026: 7:00 pm Christmas concert—all 5-12 band and choir members
• January, 2027: TBD All County Band (select upperclassmen)
• February 6, 2027: TBD High School Solo & Ensemble (9-12 grades, voluntary)
• March 5 or 6, 2027: TBD OMEA Large Group Contest (marching band only)
• May 13th, 2027: 7:00 pm Spring Concert—all 5-12 band and choir members
• Late April or Early May: All day Kings Island (marching band only)
• May 29th, 2027: Time TBD Graduation (marching band only)
